To ask the Secretary of State for Health whether NHS England plans to update its commissioning fact sheet on fertility services.

NHS England has advised that there are no plans to update the factsheet on fertility services published in February 2013.
The factsheet is based on the revised National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) fertility guideline published also in February 2013 the factsheet will be reviewed in line with developments and updates of the NICE guideline.
