To ask Her Majesty’s Government which organisations the Scotland Office allows to receive payments by the use of payroll deduction facilities.
The Scotland Office does not employ staff directly. All its staff are on secondment from other public bodies, mainly the Ministry of Justice and the Scottish Government and remain on the payroll of their parent bodies. The Scotland Office does not operate any payroll facilities.
