To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what the time limit will be for requesting an administrative review under the provisions of Clause 11 of the Immigration Bill currently before Parliament; and if she will make a statement.

The time limits for requesting an administrative review for those in the UK will be the same as they currently are for appealing a decision. For those who are not detained this will be 10 days, for those in detention it will be five days and for anyone in the detained fast track it will be two days. I confirmed this on 12 November 2013 during Committee stage of the Immigration Bill in the House of Commons, Hansard, column 358.
