To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many successful prosecutions by the National Fraud and Intelligence Office involving fraudulent activity on eBay there have been since 2010.

The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau does not itself prosecute offences, this is the responsibility of individual police forces and the Crown Prosecution Service.
