To ask the hon. Member for Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross representing the House of Commons Commission, what assessment he has made of (a) job satisfaction, (b) absenteeism rates and (c) staff turnover rates of staff of the House.
The 2013 staff survey reported that 58% of respondents said that they were satisfied with their job, and 88% were proud to work for the House Service, in 2012-13 the average days lost to sickness absence per employee was six and the turnover rate was 15.1 %.
