To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 6 January 2014, Official Report, column 25W, on removals, what guidance her Department issues on upper limits to spending on individual deportation cases.
There is no specified upper limit to the cost of a removal. Each removal is considered on a case by case basis to ensure the most suitable and cost effective method of return is used.
