To ask the Secretary of State for Health which legal firms his Department instructed in (a) 2008-09 and (b) 2009-10; and what the cost to the public purse was of those instructions.
The following table shows expenditure that the Department made in 2008-09 and 2009-10 to external organisations that have provided legal services to the Department.
