The purchase of five additional reaper remotely piloted aerial systems (RPAS) will increase the UK Reaper RPAS capability in Afghanistan, providing additional armed intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to UK ground forces.
I am unable to provide further details as to do so would prejudice the capability, effectiveness or security of the armed forces.
