To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many members of the armed forces have been made compulsorily redundant within three months of qualifying for a full military pension in the last five years.

The number of armed forces personnel made compulsorily redundant within three months of qualifying for a full military pension in the last five years is less than five. Full military pension is payable at age 55 and is different to Immediate Pension or Early Departure Payment which can be drawn prior to age 55.
