To ask Her Majesty’s Government what representations they (1) have made, (2) plan to make, and (3) have received, from interested parties, regarding the proposed closure of Sulivan Primary School by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham; and when they will be in a position to consider, and make a decision on, the school’s application for academy status.

The Department for Education has not made and has no plans to make any representations regarding the proposed closure of Sulivan Primary School. The Department received representations from two interested parties, one from the Chair of Governors of Sulivan Primary School and the other from a local supporter of the school’s application to convert to academy status. The Department will review Sulivan Primary School’s application to convert and join the LDBS Multi Academy Trust once the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has made its decision on the proposed closure.
