To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what her policy is on permitting foreign intelligence agencies to unminimise UK citizens' communications data.
As has been the practice of successive Governments, we do not comment on intelligence matters. However, UK intelligence activities are carried out in accordance with a strict legal and policy framework, compliant with the European Convention on Human Rights.
