To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change how many and what proportion of fuel poor households in England are pre-payment customers.

The number and proportion of fuel poor households in England under the low income high costs (LIHC) definition, who use pre-payment for gas or electricity for the latest year of available data, 2011, are shown in the following table:
