To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills how many pupils entitled to free school meals went to (a) Russell Group Universities and (b) the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge in (i) 2010, (ii) 2011, (iii) 2012 and (iv) 2013.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
