To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs if he will make an assessment of the potential costs and benefits for the fishing industry in (a) the Falkland Islands and (b) other overseas territories of a decision for the UK to leave the EU; and if he will make a statement.

I refer the hon. Member to the reply given on 29 January 2013, Hansard, column 709W, to Emma Reynolds. The Department has not made any plans for the UK's withdrawal from the EU.
