To ask the Attorney-General when the Director of Public Prosecutions plans to publish the results of his inquiry into falling numbers of rape prosecutions.
The Crown Prosecution Service is working with the police to further investigate the fall in the number of rape prosecutions and set up a joint-National Scrutiny Panel led by the Director of Public Prosecutions and the National Policing Lead for Rape. The findings will be published at the earliest opportunity.
