To ask the Secretary of State for International Development whether her Department has undertaken a human resources review in light of her Department's 30 per cent budgetary increase in 2013 and whether this will affect her Department's staffing levels.

The Department regularly reviews staffing levels. Since 2010, DFID has reduced the number of staff in corporate functions, while recruiting staff with specialist skills into frontline posts.
