To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what steps her Department is taking to ensure that UK assistance to India after 2015 will benefit the poorest and most marginalised.

Our new development partnership with India after 2015 will continue to focus on the poorest and most marginalised people. We will do this through providing technical assistance, and investments in private sector projects which benefit the poor.
