To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change how much his Department has spent in each of the last three years on hard copy printing of documents for external audiences.

In common with other Government Departments, the Department for Energy and Climate Change publishes documents communicating and reporting on a wide range of policies and initiatives, including consultation documents and the Department's Annual Report.

However, the information on expenditure is not centrally held and it would only be possible to gather this information at disproportionate cost.
