The Sellafield Ltd performance incentive plan, which is open to all staff, is based upon achieving targets for the business that are agreed between the company and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) on an annual basis. The performance incentive plan is structured to recognise the accomplishments of the company as well as those of the individual.
