To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what proportion of its resources HM Revenue and Customs expects to spend under each cost heading in each year from 2013-14 to 2015-16.

In 2013-14 and 2014-15 HMRC expects to spend its resources as per the information published on page 37 of its business plan for 2012 to 2015. A link to the business plan is provided here:

HMRC is still working on the implications for 201516 following recent announcements.
