To ask the Attorney-General what information he holds on complaints made about developmentally inappropriate questioning of child witnesses in the last five years; and if he will make a statement.

The Crown Prosecution Service currently categorises complaints on the following basis: legal decision making, mixed (legal and non-legal decision making) and non-legal decision making. This does not enable it to separately identify complaints made about the developmentally inappropriate questioning of child witnesses.
