To ask the Attorney-General whether details of the identities of any prosecution witnesses and informants were contained in the evidence related to the BAE Systems case that the Serious Fraud Office sent to the wrong location.

I understand that the identities of some prosecution witnesses were included within the material that was sent in error. It is the Serious Fraud Office's policy neither to confirm nor deny the existence of informants on any of its cases.
