Contracts for services at The Verne were awarded by the Ministry of Justice for assessing the feasibility and delivery of the prison's conversion to an immigration removal centre. The conversion provides an additional 580 detention beds required to aid removal of those not entitled to remain in the UK. The contracts can be found via Contracts Finder at: by searching Ministry of Justice, HMP Verne.
