To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many appeals for continuing care were outstanding for (a) three, (b) six, (c) nine and (d) 12 or more months in England and Wales in the most recent period for which figures are available; and if he will make a statement.

The Department does not collect information on the numbers of appeals for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
