To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if he will list the cases brought against the UK under the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights since 1998 where damages, costs or compensation were awarded in favour of the complainant; and how much was awarded in each such case.

A table listing all of the final judgments against the United Kingdom since 1998 where damages, costs or compensation were awarded in favour of the applicant has been prepared using the information publicly available on the website of the European Court of Human Rights.

In view of the table's length I have arranged for copies to be placed in the Commons Library.
