To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government pursuant to the answer of 10 July 2013, Official Report, column 288W, on wind power: planning permission, when he intends to announce his decisions on the 10 recovered appeals; and whether he intends to announce all 10 decisions simultaneously.

Every planning application/appeal should be considered on its individual merits, with due process. I will be issuing a decision on the first of these recovered appeals (Treading Field, Cambridgeshire) very shortly. A table listing the published target dates, where known, for the remaining recovered appeals has been placed in the Library of the House.
