To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether cross-Government approvals were received prior to the invitation to negotiate specific to the proposal for a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated Organisation which was published on 24 July 2013.

Cross-Government approvals were received prior to the publication of the Invitation to Negotiate on 24 July 2013. The Ministry of Defence will continue to work with colleagues across Government throughout the remainder of the programme.
