To ask the Attorney-General what assessment he has made of the implications for his policies on assisted suicide of the Court of Appeal's judgment in July 2013 on the case brought by Paul Lamb and the family of the late Tony Nicklinson.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is appealing this decision to the Supreme Court. The DPP will assess what, if any, implications there are for the assisted suicide policy after the Supreme Court has considered the case.
