To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills by what date he expects to receive the findings of his Department's review of zero hours contracts; and if he will place in the Library a copy of that review.

The information gathering exercise on zero hours contracts is near its conclusion. Officials have been reporting back periodically on the information they have gathered from a wide range of sources.

An announcement will be made when Ministers have considered all of the information and made decisions on next steps. This will include a decision on how the findings of the review will be published.
