To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what impact assessment his Department has produced on measures in the draft Deregulation Bill reducing the waiting period for right to buy.

The Department has produced an impact assessment on the proposed change to the Right to Buy qualifying period. We will shortly submit a copy of the impact assessment to the Joint Committee as part of its call for evidence on the Deregulation Bill and a copy will also be placed in the Library of the House.
