To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what discussions he has had with (a) the Scottish Government, (b) the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities and (c) the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations regarding the procurement options for delivery of the assisted digital scheme in Scotland.
