To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills if he will consider bringing forward legislative proposals to ensure that companies provide terms and conditions in a font size which is clear and legible for people to read.

Government has no plans to bring forward legislative proposals on this issue. Many businesses already provide information in accessible formats, and where an individual considers the information provided is not clear and legible, they should request this in an appropriate format from the company.
