To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the efficiency as a means of redress of complaints against health and social care assessments, including those related to waiting times, to the Local Government Ombudsman and the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman.

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what recent assessment they have made of the length of time it takes for complaints against (1) the Local Government Ombudsman, and (2) the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman, to be responded to.
