To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs pursuant to the answer of 1 July 2013, Official Report, columns 445-6W, on birds of prey,

(1) in which (a) regions and (b) counties the two licences to remove buzzard nests to prevent serious damage to livestock were issued;

(2) which organisations or individuals were awarded licences to remove buzzard nests to prevent serious damage to livestock.

Disclosure of this information is likely to breach the first data protection principle in schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act, which relates to the fair and lawful processing of personal data.
