To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if he will place in the Library a copy of the response from Essex probation trust to each request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, where the request was agreed to and answered in (a) full and (b) part since October 2011; and if he will make a statement.

The requested information up to and including April 2012 is in the Library. When Essex probation trust has provided us with the information for the period May 2012 to date, I will arrange for this to also be placed in the Library.
