To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the two most recent Ofsted inspection findings were on the standard of prison education, by prison.

Ofsted findings on the standard of education in each prison form part of the inspection carried out by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons (HMIP). HMIP inspection reports on individual prisons are published on the Ministry of Justice website at:

The Government is committed to creating a learning and skills offer in prisons that offers the best possible opportunity of securing sustainable employment. This includes a strong focus on vocational training during the last year in custody that best meets the needs of employers in the areas into which prisoners will be released.
