To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many applications for compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme Hardship Fund were rejected due to being received after the four week eligibility cut-off point since the new scheme was established.

None of the Hardship Fund applications sent to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority have been rejected due to being received after the four week eligibility cut-off point.
