To ask the Attorney-General whether there have been any recent instances of evidence for current or past Serious Fraud Office investigations being (a) lost or (b) returned to the wrong people.

The Serious Fraud Office is currently investigating one incident of data loss relating to a closed case. I will write to the hon. Member once this investigation is complete.
