To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs pursuant to the answer of 1 July 2013, Official Report, column 447W, on dangerous dogs, if he will estimate the likely effect on the number of people being injured by dogs each year as a result of the proposed changes to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991; and if he will make a statement.
We have not estimated the likely effect on the number of people injured by dogs every year once our proposals come into force.
