To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much was spent by HM Revenue and Customs on advertising the pilot closure of 13 HM Revenue and Customs enquiry centres in the North East of England and parts of Yorkshire between 14 March and 31 May 2013; and what proportion of this funding was spent on (a) publicity cards for distribution to members of the public, (b) signage, (c) media advertising and (d) other forms of advertising.
