To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent discussions she has had with (a) the Government of the Irish Republic and (b) the Northern Ireland Executive on the common travel area.
Home Office officials are in regular contact with Irish Government officials taking forward joint work on the common travel area, which is underpinned and driven by the programme of work in the joint ministerial statement signed by the then UK Minister for Immigration Damian Green MP and the Irish Justice Minister Alan Shatter TD, in Dublin on
