Home Department written question – answered at on 3 June 2013.
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department
(1) how many community resolutions have been used by each police force in each of the last five years;
(2) what the 10 most frequent offences are for which community resolutions have been used as an out-of-court disposal in the latest period for which figures are available.
The information requested is not available from the police recorded crime data collected by the Home Office. Police forces have been able to submit community resolution data since 2011-12. However, such disposals are included in the group of non-sanction detections and cannot be separately identified from other disposals in that group.
