To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what estimate her Department has made of the size of the black market in online gambling (a) hosted in the UK and (b) used by UK consumers.

Unregulated online gambling is by its nature difficult to quantify. We, therefore, do not have a reliable estimate of unlicensed online gambling activity hosted in the UK or used by UK customers.
