To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what child support arrears are owed by non-resident parents to parents with care, by parliamentary constituency, in the most recent period for which figures are available.

I will place in the Library a table that shows, as of December 2012, the amount of child maintenance arrears owed by non resident parents, and of this amount how much is owed to the parent with care, by the parliamentary constituency of the parent with care.

Figures are sourced from the agency's internal debt book so breakdowns will not match the general ledger figures published in the December 2012 Quarterly Summary of Statistics.
