To ask Her Majesty's Government what are the visa requirements for foreign nationals, other than members of the United States armed forces, wishing to enter the Chagos Islands.

There is no visa regime controlling entry to British Indian Ocean Territory. Immigration rules are set out in the British Indian Ocean Territory (Immigration) Order 2004.
