To ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to restore the AAA credit rating for the United Kingdom.

The UK credit rating is an important benchmark for any country, but it is not the only benchmark. Returning the UK to sustainable, balanced economic growth is the Government's overriding priority. The actions taken to reduce the deficit and rebuild the economy have secured stability, with interest rates near historic lows, benefiting families, businesses and the tax payer.
