We take a keen interest in the non-proliferation treaty (NPT). The UK delegation for the NPT Preparatory Committee, which begins on 22 April 2013, will be made up of officials from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Ministry of Defence (MoD), and Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC). We do not currently envisage ministerial attendance at the NPT Preparatory Committee 2013.
