To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many of the candidates interviewed for the 12 chief constable positions appointed since November 2012 were (a) black or minority ethnic, (b) lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender and (c) female; and how many candidates were interviewed in total.
