To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many nationals of other EU member states have registered under the provisions of Part 3 of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 in each year since 2006; and what estimate she has made of the number of such nationals living in the UK who have not applied to be registered under those regulations.
The available information relating to EU nationals issued registration certificates under part 3 of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 since 2006 are given in the following table:

The Office for National Statistics publishes information relating to the number of EU nationals living in the UK, however the data sets are not comparable for the purposes of establishing how many EU nationals living in the UK have not registered.
