The Life in the UK Test Study Guide is published by The Stationery Office (TSO) to help candidates taking the Life in the UK test. The study guide that is currently available is based on the previous edition of the Life in the UK handbook, which was published in 2007. Some of the information in the old handbook, and consequently the study guide, is out of date. A new handbook was published on 28 January. TSO intends to publish a revised study guide, to accompany the new handbook, very shortly. Best endeavours were made to ensure the accuracy of the new handbook, which underwent a thorough quality assurance process.
